How to reset your password

Guide to reset your password for your housing register account.

  1. Go to the online housing register.
  2. Select the ‘Login’ button.
  3. Enter your email address in the ‘Email’ field.
  4. Select the ‘Next’ button.
  5. Select the ‘Forgot password?’ button.
  6. Enter your email address in the ‘Email address:’ field.
  7. Select the ‘Send me the link’ button.
  8. Go to your email inbox.
  9. From the email, follow the link to reset your password.
  10. Enter your new password in both the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields.
  11. Select the ‘Submit’ button.
  12. Repeat steps 1 to 3.
  13. Enter your new password in the ‘Password’ field.
  14. Select the ‘Sign in’ button.
