Paying your rent and other charges

There are different ways to pay your rent and other charges, like service charges and ground rents.

Rent

You can view your rent statement online using My Gentoo. You can pay your rent every week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or month.

If you rent a garage or car parking space, find out more about how to pay your rent.

Other charges

Other charges include things like:

  • home contents insurance, if you have a policy with us
  • service charges
  • ground rents
  • Shared Ownership rent

If you are a tenant, service charges, water and sewerage are part of your rent. There is a list of charges in your tenancy agreement.

If you are a leaseholder, your lease sets out what your service charge pays for, your ground rent, and how you can pay it.
