How we use Your Gentoo Voice
The portal allows you take part in online forums, surveys and polls.
Your feedback will:
- help us make decisions
- affect how we achieve our projects’ aims
- make sure that what we do will help you, customers, leaseholders and residents
What we have done so far?
- 143 responses regarding changes to our allocations policy. 88% of customers were in favour of the changes.
- 193 responses regarding neighbourhood satisfaction. 48% of customers cited fly tipping and anti-social behaviour issues as their most common issue. All comments were reported back to the local neighbourhood teams to action.
- 255 responses to kitchen choices for modernisation. The top 4 worktop / door colours were then selected for customers to pick from.
