Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Tenant Satisfaction Measures are required by the Regulator of Social Housing to measure our performance as a landlord. We are working with IFF Research who are doing surveys for us so you can share your opinions and views on our services.

Overview

All social housing landlords must provide the Regulator of Social Housing with information on their performance. This helps the regulator to assess how well social housing landlords are doing at providing good quality homes and services.

The results of Tenant Satisfaction Measures will help us to improve our services for tenants.

How we measure tenant satisfaction

We are working with IFF Research to gather feedback from our customers through surveys to review the service we provide.

IFF Research is contacting customers to complete a survey and share their opinions. They will either:

  • email you from myopinions@iffresearch.com and send a reminder email from myopinions@iffresearch-dm.com
  • call you from 0203 148 7645

If IFF Research contact you, we would appreciate it if you could answer their questions about our services and give them feedback about us. They may ask you to confirm your contact details, and at the end of the survey they may ask if it is okay for us to contact you about your feedback from the survey.

They may ask you questions about:

  • our repairs service
  • your neighbourhood
  • our response to anti-social behaviour
  • how safe you feel in the area you live

The results from the surveys will then be reviewed to improve our services and processes.
