The Communications team is responsible for delivering all internal and external communications on behalf of Gentoo, working with stakeholders to promote its activities across all channels. You will be part of a team working alongside the Construction Team and Sub - Contractors to ensure all defects are recorded and repairs are complete on time. The roles on offer are on a fixed term contract initially for 12 months and candidates must hold a full UK driver's licence to fulfil the requirements of the role. Gentoo is investing in and expanding its Property Maintenance Team and has new opportunities for qualified Plumbers to join the Group. Our tenants are at the heart of what we do at Gentoo, therefore, providing excellent customer service is paramount in this role. Your working week: We offer reduced working hours through the summer with 1 pm and 3 pm finishes available. During the winter our Plumbers work up to 4.30 pm Mon – Fri. Occasional Sat morning working is required, when worked the following Friday will become a day off.
