We've partnered with Tpas to become a Tpas accredited organisation

This week, we partnered with Tpas - The tenant engagement experts, for our initial accreditation session.

Our involved customers and colleagues from across the organisation were joined by Tpas England in the introductory session to establish how Tpas accreditation can be achieved at Gentoo.

Tpas accreditation involves thoroughly demonstrating how we are committed to customer involvement and driving improvement with the participation of our customers to help us shape and deliver the best possible service.

Throughout the session, we covered how culture is central to the accreditation and how we can make sure out customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Lewis Walmsley, Customer Engagement Lead at Gentoo said: "Our involved customers and colleagues from across the business were delighted to be part of the first Tpas accreditation session. The session really helped to set the scene to how Gentoo can achieve the accreditation.

We are committed to listening to our customers views and working with them to shape our services. We're also excited to partner with Tpas to understand how we can improve our engagement offer and provide the best possible service for our customers."
