We have welcomed our new Executive Director of People, Culture and Engagement

We have welcomed Susan Fulton to the Group as the Executive Director of People, Culture and Engagement this week.

In the newly-created role, Susan will provide the strategic direction and leadership for our People, Customer Voice and Marketing, Brand and Communications teams.

Susan joins the organisation after 15 years at Home Group and is also currently Trustee at Smartworks Charity.

Susan has also previously worked for Barclaycard, T-Mobile and BT.

Speaking about the role, she said: “It’s great to be joining Gentoo at a really exciting time in their journey of culture change. I’ve already met some inspiring people across the Group and I’m looking forward to meeting many more.”

As part of the new role, Susan will influence strategic decisions, making sure colleagues and customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Susan, added: “Gentoo stood out to me as a values driven organisation, and I really like how those values were built by colleagues.”
