From 31 July, our Mutual Exchange online service will be unavailable. During August, we will start using a different online system, HomeSwapper. Once we start using HomeSwapper, it will be free for Gentoo tenants.

We have now started using HomeSwapper and it is free for all Gentoo tenants to register and use.
HomeSwapper
HomeSwapper has more features than Mutual Exchange and allows you to:
- advertise your home
- find and view other adverts
- communicate with and find someone you would like to swap homes with
- complete all forms and paperwork online
HomeSwapper also includes homes from across the UK not just Sunderland. It has over 500,000 social housing tenants and over 200,000 live adverts.
If you have a Mutual Exchange account
You will need to register for HomeSwapper. No information will be transferred to the new system.
