Changes to our services now in operation

We have made some important changes to the way we deliver some of our services, which came into operation from Thursday 2 January 2020.

Local office opening hours

Our local office opening hours have changed slightly. Offices are now open:
• 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday
• 9:00am - 12 noon on Friday

Head office opening hours 

Our head office opening times are now as follows:

  • 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday
  • 8:30am - 12 noon on Friday

HomeHunt allocations advertising cycle

As a result of a change to our office opening hours, we have also changed our HomeHunt allocations advertising cycle.

Properties will are now advertised from 2:00pm on Wednesday until 12 noon the following Wednesday. You can still make up to five bids per week.

Repairs and Maintenance opening hours

The contact hours for reporting a routine repair have also changed. The phone line is now open:

  • 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday
  • 8:00am - 2:00pm on Friday. 

If you think your repair is an emergency outside of these hours, please contact your local area office on one of the numbers listed at the bottom of this page and then press "2" to report a repair.

We will need to ask you questions that will help to identify the source of the repair. If your repair is not an emergency, you can report a repair through our online repairs service.
