Thanking our customers for their feedback

Three Gentoo customers have found themselves lucky winners of gift cards after taking part in our online survey.

Charles Maguire, Frederick Porter and Michael Lowis won One4all gift cards worth £100, £50 and £25, respectively, for providing us with feedback on our Customer Annual Report.

Our Customer Annual Report provides an update on how we have performed across all of our housing and neighbourhood services as well as giving an update on our achievements and plans for the future.

Following on from last year’s customer consultation to make sure the report was interesting and informative, a range of our customers were involved in the design and content of this year’s Customer Annual Report. Through Task and Finish groups, customers were able to provide feedback on the report and ensure it catered for their needs.

Upon publishing the report, customers were asked to complete an online survey that provided feedback on it. Every customer that participated in the online survey was entered into our prize draw for the opportunity to win one of three One4all gift cards.

We would like to express our gratitude to every customer that took part in the online survey. This feedback allows us to improve as an organisation so that we can continue to provide our customers with excellent service.
