5 August 2025 - Gentoo confirmed it had made the difficult decision to demolish Lambton, Londonderry and Lumley Towers. Customer drop in sessions will then take place in Londonderry Tower Cafe on:
- Tuesday 5 August 10am - 4pm
- Wednesday 6 August 4.30pm - 6.30pm
- Thursday 7 August 10am - 4pm
- Friday 8 August 10am - 12pm
- Saturday 9 August 10am - 12pm

11 August 2025 - Gentoo will start to complete individual Housing Needs Assessments with everyone in the buildings

13 August 2024 - Weekly drop in sessions will start in Londonderry Cafe between 1-4pm

September 2025 - First customers may chose to move out of the buildings

October 2025 - All individual Housing Needs Assessments will be completed
6 May 2025 – formal consultation with all customers in Lambton, Londonderry and Lumley Towers starts on:
