What happens next

The team reviews every complaint and decide if it needs to be investigated before it can be resolved.

If your complaint needs to be investigated, the team will:

  • class it as a stage one formal complaint
  • reply to you within one working day to let you know they are investigating your complaint

If your complaint does not need to be investigated, the team will send your complaint to the most suitable team within Gentoo to resolve it.
