The list of investment programmes for our properties this year includes:
- brickwork and render repairs
- communal decoration
- demolishing garages
- external decoration of homes and garages
- gable end works
- lift replacements
- installing new boilers
- installing new roofs
- renewing canopies
- removing gas and electric fires
- replacing front fences and walls
- replacing fire alarms
- replacing kitchens and bathrooms
- replacing the district heating system in Washington
- replacing windows
- rewiring properties
- topping up loft insulation
Stock condition surveys
We carry out stock condition surveys in our homes to identify areas for improvement.
If your home is due to have a stock condition survey carried out, we will either send you an email or letter asking you to get in touch to make an appointment.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes, during which time the surveyor will establish if we hold correct information about your property, to ensure you are not missed out of future investment works. Surveyors may take photos of your home during this survey.
