Our projects and programmes from April 2023 to March 2024
The list of investment programmes for our properties this year includes:
- improving balconies
- improving and demolishing garages
- installing double glazing
- installing electric heating and sprinklers
- insulating lofts
- new cladding and render on outbuildings
- painting and decorating the outside of properties
- renewing canopies
- replacing front fences and walls
- replacing kitchens and bathrooms
- replacing roofs
- replacing the district heating system in Washington
- replacing windows
- rewiring properties
- structural works to basement areas
Stock condition surveys
We carry out stock condition surveys in our homes to identify areas for improvement.
If your home is due to have a stock condition survey carried out, we will either send you an email or letter asking you to get in touch to make an appointment.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes, during which time the surveyor will establish if we hold correct information about your property, to ensure you are not missed out of future investment works. Surveyors may take photos of your home during this survey.
