About the development
The development has replaced flats that were demolished in the early 2000s. It was built by Equans and Homes England and has 8 two- and three-bedroom houses and 3 two-bedroom bungalows.
The development is proudly named after the city’s famous ship building heritage. Liberty Grange refers to the Liberty Ship, that was produced and manufactured at the shipyard as the River Wear base at North Sands.
