Eskdene Rise is our new housing development in the Hetton area of Sunderland.
About the development
The development built in partnership with Adderstone Living will have 86 new properties, including two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, two-bedroom bungalows and two-bedroom apartments.
Most of the properties will be available for affordable rent, and some will be available for Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy.
The homes at Eskdene Rise will have sustainable technology, including:

- smart meters
- solar panels
- full-fill cavity wall insulation
- electrical vehicle charging points
The development is currently under construction, with the first properties available in Summer 2025.
