Brockwell Green is our new housing development in the Fence Houses area of Sunderland.

All properties have been let, but we will advertise any that become available through our online housing register.

About the development

We worked with Tolent and Homes England to build this development.

The development has 39 two- and three-bedroom houses and 10 two-bedroom bungalows. Each home has its own parking space.

Brockwell Green is proudly named after a pit line at the former Houghton Colliery.
