Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Gentoo Group Limited.

2. Eligibility

· The prize draw is open to Gentoo customers aged 18 or over.

· Only customers who receive and complete the “Knowing Your Customers” survey are eligible.

3. How to enter

· Customers will receive a survey link by email or SMS (if we hold those contact details).

· Each survey link is unique to the customer.

· To enter, customers must complete the survey in full or as much as they choose (all questions are optional).

· Only one entry per customer per survey is permitted.

4. Entry period

· The prize draw will run on an ongoing monthly basis.

· Entries will be included in the draw for the month in which the survey is completed.

5. Prize

· The prize is one £100 voucher per month.

· There is no cash alternative.

· Gentoo reserves the right to substitute the voucher with an alternative of equal value if necessary.

6. Winner selection

· One winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible survey completions received during that month.

· The draw will be conducted fairly and securely.

7. Notification

· The winner will be contacted using the details provided within their customer record.

· If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, Gentoo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data protection

· Any personal information provided will be used to:

o administer the prize draw

o contact the winner

o improve Gentoo services through the survey

· Personal data will be handled in line with Gentoo’s privacy policy.

9. General

· Entry into the prize draw is optional and free.

· Participation in the survey will not affect any tenancy or services received from Gentoo.

· Gentoo reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time where necessary.
