We have been awarded the Shine Foundation Award by the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority, recognising our commitment to good employment practices and creating a positive workplace where colleagues can thrive.
The Shine programme celebrates employers across the region who demonstrate strong workplace practices and a commitment to supporting their people.
The award reflects our ongoing focus on creating an inclusive, supportive and rewarding working environment where colleagues can develop their skills and make a positive difference to customers, communities and each other.
It also highlights the importance we place on colleague wellbeing, development and engagement, helping us to remain a great place to work and continue attracting and retaining talented people.
