We’ve been recognised as one of the UK’s top 50 housing association builders in Inside Housing’s annual Biggest Builders survey.
The national list highlights the housing associations delivering the highest number of new homes across the country. We’ve entered the 2026 list at number 38, after completing 421 homes during 2025–26.
This is the first time we’ve appeared on the list in almost 10 years, marking a significant milestone and reflecting our renewed focus on building new homes.
We invested £91.8m in new housing delivery during the year, with homes completed including 91 for social rent, 195 for affordable rent, 65 for low-cost ownership, 65 for market sale and 5 for private rent.
As demand for affordable housing continues to grow, our development programme is helping to increase housing supply while supporting the regeneration of neighbourhoods across the city.
