Shape the way we communicate

We're looking for customers to join our new Customer Communications Group and we'd like to hear directly from the people who receive our communications every day.

The group will help us make sure everything from our calling cards and posters to our letters, emails, text messages and other communications are clear, easy to understand and written with customers in mind.

From time to time, we'll share draft communications and ask for your thoughts. Is the message clear? Does it make sense? Could it be improved?

You don't need any special experience, just a willingness to share your honest feedback.

Have you ever received a letter, email or text message from us and thought it could be clearer? Is there something we do well that you'd like to see more of? This is your chance to help shape the way we communicate with customers.

You can get involved as much or as little as you like, and we'll keep things simple and informal.

Interested?

If you'd like to join our Customer Communications Group, email communications@gentoogroup.com and we'll be in touch.

Your feedback will help us create communications that are easier to understand, more helpful and better for all customers.
