This year, we’re changing how we share your annual rent statement. For the first time, your 2025-26 rent statement will be sent digitally, rather than arriving through the post.
This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improve the way we communicate with you, making information quicker to access, more secure and more environmentally friendly.
There are many benefits that come with sending the rent statements digitally which include:
- Faster access
Sending the rent statement digitally means you’ll receive your rent statement straight to your email inbox as soon as it’s ready, no more post delays and no risk of statements going missing. - More convenient
Your statement will be available on the electronic device you use every day. You can save it and refer back to it whenever you need it, as many times as you want. - More secure
Digital statements are delivered directly to you, reducing the risk of statements being lost or opened by someone else. The statement can only be accessed via a secure password protected link. The password will be set as your date of birth. - Environmentally friendly
Switching from paper to digital helps us reduce our environmental impact by using fewer resources and cutting down on waste. - Cost effective
Sending digital statements helps us save money on printing and postage costs. The cost to send the statements digitally is significantly lower than sending them printed.
If we have an email address on our system, your digital rent statement will be sent to you by email. If we don’t have an email address but we do have a mobile number, your statement will be sent by text message instead. Where we don’t hold either an email address or mobile number, we’ll send your rent statement by post to make sure you still receive it safely.
