This week we launched a new system called Voicescape to help manage rent payments and tenancy support more effectively.
What is Voicescape?
Voicescape is a secure, cloud-based platform that helps us communicate with you in a more timely and personalised way. It allows us to send helpful reminders and updates about your rent account and makes it easier for you to take action when needed.
What does this mean for you?
- Clearer messages: You’ll receive text messages from Gentoo with friendly reminders, updates, and payment links.
- Supportive tone: We’ve worked with customers to make sure the messages are easy to understand and feel respectful and supportive.
- Quick action: If you need to make a payment, you can do so directly from the link in the message.
- Help is always available: If you’re struggling or have questions, just give us a call or visit your local office. We’re here to help.
Is the message really from Gentoo?
Yes, if you receive a text message about your rent from Gentoo, it’s part of our new Voicescape system. But if you’re ever in doubt, please don’t hesitate to call us on 0191 525 5000 or speak to your Neighbourhood Coordinator to confirm. We want you to feel confident and supported every step of the way.
