We are celebrating Tpas National Involvement Week

We have joined forces with Housing Associations across the country to celebrate Tpas'  new initiative National Involvement Week.

The week is shining a spotlight on and celebrating all forms of customer involvement, from grassroots community initiatives to boardroom decisions.

Lewis Walmsley, Customer Engagement Lead at Gentoo, said: “We’re excited to take part in National Involvement Week with Tpas. We learn so much from our customers and it’s really important that we involve them in our decision making at Gentoo so they can help us improve our services.

“It’s inspiring to see how much of a difference our customers make and I’m really excited to work closely with our customers on our engagement plans going forward.”

One member of Gentoo Customer Committee, said: “Being part of the Customer Committee as a customer has given me the opportunity to have involvement in the development of policies that shape what is important to customers and the communities we live in.

“Having a voice as a customer is important. Engaging with other customers and having our views heard and making a difference.”

To celebrate National Involvement Week, we will be sharing how our customers are involved in shaping our services. Throughout the week, we will be sharing on our Facebook page how our customers have been influencing our decision making. To visit our Facebook page, click here.

Another member of Gentoo Customer Committee also commented to say: “It's great to be able to play a part in helping to make things better for myself and for other customers. It’s good to feel listened to and valued and to be able to actually see the changes we are making.”

Whether you have 5-10 mins, a couple of hours or a full day, we have a range of ways you can get involved and share your views with us:

  • Your Gentoo Voice
