Over the last 18 months, we’ve been on a culture journey, and we are delighted to announce that Gentoo is now certified as a Great Place to Work™. All colleagues at Gentoo were invited to take part in an anonymous survey in November which is part of the certification.
To help us build a great workplace we need to gather all colleague feedback. The Great Place to Work® Trust Index survey measures the level of trust you experience at work and Great Place to Work certification is a globally recognised certificate which enables us to attract and retain talent and benchmark our culture.
