Development timeline

  • Consultation closed on Thursday 1 August 2024. We have worked to incorporate consultation feedback into the formal submission
  • January 2025 – Submission of detailed planning application
  • April 2025 – Determination of planning application
  • September 2025 – Phase 2B start on site 
  • June 2026 - Phase 2A start on site 
  • Summer 2027 - First homes completed
