Our projects and programmes from April 2025 to March 2026

The list of investment programmes for our properties this year includes:

• painting the outside of properties or communal areas
• roof replacements and external improvements 
• installation of new boilers and heating systems 
• garage improvements 
• electrical re-wires 
• energy efficiency improvements including fitting loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, low energy lighting, solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, air source heat pumps, heating controls and work to improve ventilation and draughtproofing. 

Stock condition surveys 

We carry out stock condition surveys in our homes to identify areas for improvement.  

If your home is due to have a stock condition survey carried out, we will either send you an email or letter asking you to get in touch to make an appointment.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes, during which time the surveyor will establish if we hold correct information about your property, to ensure you are not missed out of future investment works. Surveyors may take photos of your home during this survey.
