Our Support Coordinators provide tailored support to all Gentoo customers aged 18 and over, focusing on three key priorities:

We work alongside customers to help them:

- improve their health and wellbeing
- manage their finances with confidence

- identify your needs and what you want to achieve
- develop a personalised support plan
- improve your health and wellbeing
- stay connected with family, friends and your community
- find local activities, services and opportunities
