No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.  It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a supportive environment. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a fresh challenge, we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.  With a starting salary of £26,500 increasing to £32,849 once all the training is completed. 
We will also be provided with a work vehicle, making it easier for you to get the job done wherever you’re needed.  Please note a full UK drivers licence is essential to apply for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee (Kitchen) Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

•    Surveying tenanted properties and creating detailed Planit drawings based on client briefs and JTC standards.
•    Presenting proposed kitchen layouts to tenants using a laptop, collecting approvals, and sharing copies via email or post.
•    Collaborating with our Survey Support Team and submitting drawings as needed.
•    Preparing and sharing reports with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
•    Building strong relationships with tenants, clients, and site teams.
•    Proactively managing projects and resolving day-to-day site issues.
•    Working with internal departments to address product and delivery queries.
•    Supporting other tasks as required – no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

•    A full UK driving licence
•    Strong IT skills, including with Microsoft Office
