Crosstree Park is our new housing development in the Downhill area of Sunderland.
About the development
The development was built in partnership with Equans and has 41 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows.
The development is built on the former Dome Sports Centre site.
The homes at Crosstree Park all have sustainable technology, including:

- smart meters
- solar panels
- cavity wall insulation that allows more of the cavity to be filled
- electrical vehicle charging points
The technology will make the most of renewable energy to help keep tenants’ energy bills low.
