E118 Error code transcript

Hello, I'm Jack, and I'm going to show you how to top the pressure up on a boiler.

So, on the Potterton Assure you get an erorr code E118.

So, to rectify that, what you do is you take the board off what's under the boiler, if there is one. And on the right hand side you've got two blue taps.

They will only turn one way.

So, start with the right one and then the left one some times can be a bit stiff, so just bear with it.

And then once you hear the water come through, keep an eye on the pressure gauge on the right hand side and you're looking to take it just past the one in the green.

So once it's just above the one, you want to shut the filling loop valves off and then the E118 error code will remove itself.
