We're reviewing our allocations policy and want your say

We are asking customers who are on our housing register to give us feedback on the changes we are proposing to our allocations policy.

Our allocations policy is reviewed to improve access to housing in Sunderland and to allocate properties in an open and transparent way offering as much choice as possible for applicants. The changes we are proposing are in line with the new Consumer Standards which will be launched in April. You can the proposed changes to the Consumer Standards here.

The survey will only take 15 minutes and the consultation is open for eight weeks.
