Brockwell Green is a new housing development in the Fence House area of Sunderland, comprising of two and three bedroom houses and two bedroom bungalows for affordable rent. The project, that has been afforded funding by Homes England, is currently being developed on Avenue Vivian and Rose Avenue.
Liberty Grange is a new housing development in the Hylton Castle area of Sunderland. 11 two and three bedroom houses and bungalows will be built on the site. All of these properties will be available for affordable rent. The development will to replace flats that were demolished in the early 2000’s
