Brockwell Green is a new housing development in the Fence House area of Sunderland, comprising of two and three bedroom houses and two bedroom bungalows for affordable rent. The project, that has been afforded funding by Homes England, is currently being developed on Avenue Vivian and Rose Avenue.
Austin Place is a new housing development in the Pennywell area of Sunderland, comprising of 10 two and three bedroom houses that will become available for affordable rent.
Crosstree Park is a new housing development in the Downhill area of Sunderland, comprising of 41 two, three and four bedroom houses and two bedroom bungalows that will become available for affordable rent and shared ownership.
The former Conishead Centre is a new housing development in the Silksworth area of Sunderland, comprising of 13 two and three bedroom houses that will become available for affordable rent.
Leeway Green is a new housing development in the Carley Hill area of Sunderland, comprising of 24 two and three-bedroom houses and bungalows that will become available for affordable rent.
Liberty Grange is a new housing development in the Hylton Castle area of Sunderland, comprising of 11 two and three bedroom houses and bungalows that will become available for affordable rent.
Wellspring Park is a new housing development in the Downhill area of Sunderland, comprising of 41 two and three bedroom houses and bungalows that will become available for affordable rent and shared ownership.
As well as our Leeway Green development, we are also proposing new homes on the former Carley Hill school and former quarry sites.
