Public consultation

We would like to hear your views on our proposals. We will review and incorporate feedback from local residents where possible into our proposed plan before submitting a planning application to the Local Authority. Please complete this survey by 10pm on Monday 3 January 2022. 

Development timeline

The public consultation for this scheme will run between 14 December 2021 and 3 January 2022. Our design team will review feedback early next year and we aim to share findings from our consultation and submit a planning application in May 2022. 

If planning permission is approved, construction could start in January 2023 with the first tenants moving in from Autumn 2023. 


New homes available for affordable rent and Rent to Buy will be advertised via Home Hunt. Properties for sale via Shared Ownership will be available for sale directly through our Shared Ownership Sales Team. Affordable rent homes will be allocated in line with Gentoo Group’s allocations policy.
