If you have forgotten your password you can reset your account by entering the email address you used during registration below.
It is simple, just click on the ‘Register’ button but make sure you have access to your email address, as you will need this to activate your account. There is a second step to link your tenancy so if you are currently a Gentoo customer, you will also need your tenancy number, which you can find on your AllPay card or rent statement.
You can click on the ‘Forgotten password?’ link and it will ask you some details to verify who you are before allowing you to reset your password.
You will have six attempts to get into your account before it is locked. You will then need to contact the Gentoo Customer and Community Team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get in touch with you.
The portal currently supports Internet Explorer 11, and the latest non-beta versions of Firefox, Chrome and Safari. You can also use older versions, but it is possible that some functionality and styling may be limited.
If you make changes to your email address or contact details, this will update our housing database and these details will then become your main customer contact for all Gentoo staff members.
My Gentoo allows you to view your payment and repairs history, as well as manage your personal contact details that Gentoo holds about you.
