The Community Partnership Coordinators (CPC) team was created in April 2016. The main focus of the role is to ensure customers are involved and informed in local issues that may concern them. The CPCs work closely with volunteers, community groups, voluntary groups and other organisations across the city creating partnership working with customers who are at the heart of everything they do.

Joanne works in the Central Hub based in Emperor House and has responsibility for the Tenant and Resident Association registrations, coordination of Consultations, Task and Finish Groups and Information and Knowledge sessions across the organisation.
