It is important for us to keep our customers up-to-date on how we are performing. Every year we produce a Customer Annual Report so our customers can see how we are performing and provide feedback.
This year all of our customers have received an Autumn Newsletter in the post. This provides an update on key services, important information about fire safety, Universal Credit, news from your local area and information about how you can make a difference in your local community. The newsletter also contains information on how we performed in 2016-17.
