We have an exciting opportunity available to join our successful Money Matters Team. You will provide a welfare benefits and money advice service to our customers, to help maximise their income, and complement our first class Housing Management service. What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:-

• A knowledge of current issues surrounding social housing and how these affect our customers
• Able to communicate complex information effectively
• Working knowledge of the components of Money Advice (eg. Debt, Welfare Benefits, Universal Credit, budgeting, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build trust with customers and partner agencies
• Ability to negotiate with and on behalf of customers
• Time management and the ability to prioritise and organise caseload
• ICT Skill
• Ability to display discretion and maintain confidentiality 
• Flexibility and resilience to deal with often challenging situations

About the role

We have a vacancy for a Janitor to carry out cleaning duties in multi-storey tenanted properties. This is a customer focused role, which requires the cleaning of communal areas to a high standard. The role also involves monitoring buildings and reporting any security concerns, faults or repairs within communal areas. The successful candidate will have an awareness of health and safety legislation and carry out driving duties when required. Experience of cleaning and using cleaning equipment would be advantageous, as would COSHH awareness. You must be flexible and adaptable. There may be a requirement to work weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
