Streetwise

Because we want to monitor any anti-social behaviour (ASB) and other tenancy breaches as effectively as we possibly can, our in-house experts have designed and developed our very own web-based application that will help us do just that.

Known as Streetwise, this excellent piece of software is at the forefront of current innovation, but has the capacity to be updated as our needs and circumstances change.

The main benefit of Streetwise is that it enables the people working in our neighbourhoods, as well as our customers, to monitor and record any incidents, actions and interventions in a very controlled way. It also allows them to see what measures have been taken to combat ASB and support the victims and, where appropriate, the perpetrators.

As a result, our frontline staff can now manage their neighbourhood safety caseload more efficiently and effectively than ever before, and make faster and more informed decisions about how to target resources. Which means that our communities are now even safer.

From an organisational point of view, Streetwise has also ensured that our resources and efforts can now be pinpointed in precisely the right areas, which of course helps to maximise efficiency and the value-for-money we always aim to provide. Now commercially available, our Streetwise product allows other organisations to do the same.
