Make a Complaint

Gentoo welcome your views about how we are delivering our services. If you have a problem then our first step will be to take ownership and aim to fix your issue as quickly as we can, so we will put you in contact with the person who can help you best.

If we need to investigate your issue further then we will log your concern as a formal complaint. We will let you know who is handling your complaint, and that manager will get in contact with you to make sure they fully understand your problem.
